Rockbridge Area Hospice

ANYONE may contact RAH for assistance. We are always available by telephone (540-463-1848) or by e-mail (rah@rockbridge.net) to answer your questions. Or you may stop by our office at 315 Myers Street in Lexington.

A representative of RAH will meet with individuals or groups to explain the program in general or as it relates to specific concerns. Ultimately, an individual's personal physician and the Hospice team will consult to determine whether the patient and his or her family may enroll in the RAH program. If Hospice turns out not to be just right for your situation, we often lend equipment and offer advice about other resources in the community.
